Shipping Policy

Where we ship from
All orders ship from our fulfilment warehouse in China and are sent to you by international courier.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive in about 14 days after dispatch. Please allow up to 20 business days in case of delays from holidays, busy periods, or customs.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. It can take 2-4 days to start updating, which is normal for international parcels.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Your parcel may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has shipped, and we aren't responsible for parcels lost or delayed because of an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived after 25 business days, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
